Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Input, monitor, and expedite orders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness; address inquiries and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Establish and manage new and existing accounts; provide information on product availability and process quotes; handle shipping requests.
• Coordinate communication between Hamilton personnel and customers; participate in meetings and generate reports as required.
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails; provide backup support to team members as needed.
• Cross-train to perform various department roles; assist leadership with special projects and training.
