Job summary

The Pasha Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Reno, NV to drive satisfaction by managing customer requests, resolving issues promptly, and communicating proactively about transportation and logistics processes. You will support the order lifecycle, monitor emails, calls, and shipments while collaborating with Sales and other teams.

Role requires at least 2 years in customer service with logistics exposure, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience with emphasis on importing/exporting of goods.
• Domestic and/or international transportation and logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department KPIs and customer satisfaction ratings as defined by the department.
• Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
• Communicate and monitor incoming customer emails to ensure timely communication; elevate concerns for expedited resolution; ensure customer satisfaction.
