GEODIS is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently. You will interact with customers by phone or email, input orders into the TMS Mercury Gate, and track shipments to ensure accurate delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.
• Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge in customer service position preferred.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and handle customer questions or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Process and input customer orders and receipts within the TMS Mercury Gate.
• Track and trace orders using TMS and online tracking websites.
• Refer service or billing issues to designated departments for investigation.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers and support teams.

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for customer service activities, such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer complaints/questions in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.

Your role on the team:

• Maintains a good working relationship with customers by responding to & filtering inquires and complaints concerning receipts, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc by either phone or email
• Refers service or billing issues to designated departments for investigation
• Processes and inputs customer orders and receipts within the TMS Mercury Gate
• Tracks/traces orders using TMS and Online Tracking Websites
• Other duties as required and assigned

Experience

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
