HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Director within the Transportation Business Group to lead pursuit and delivery of major civil infrastructure projects using alternative delivery methods.

You will drive project approvals, negotiate contract terms, and collaborate across HDR leadership to maximize value, while traveling up to 50% and advancing HDR’s employee-owned culture and market leadership.

Formación

• PE License required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of professional engineering experience on large transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing client relationships.
• Proven ability to lead and persuade teams with diverse interests.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director for pursuing and delivering Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive approvals in compliance with HDR policy and procedures and risk committee inputs.
• Coordinate with HDR Business Group leadership on policy, staff resources, and contract terms.
• Negotiate teaming agreements and design service agreements with other entities.
• Engage with industry associations to elevate HDR’s visibility in AD markets.
• Provide leadership in resource management and area business group support.
