Job summary

HDR, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Director-Transportation to lead large civil infrastructure programs within HDR’s Transportation Business Group.

You will drive project approvals, manage contracts, and foster HDR’s matrixed organization to deliver complex design-build and P3 projects. You will maintain strong client relationships, mentor teams, and travel up to 50% to support HDR’s nationwide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field with leadership responsibilities.
• Professional engineering registration or architecture/engineering licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director and lead Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive project approvals per HDR policy and authority matrices.
• Coordinate with HDR Legal, Risk Committee and other groups on terms and contracts.
