HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Director-Transportation to lead pursuit and delivery of major transportation infrastructure projects across HDR’s Transportation Business Group.

You will coordinate with policy, risk, legal and leadership to optimize project outcomes while advancing HDR’s alternative delivery initiatives. The role requires senior leadership, strong client relationships, and the ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple regions;

Formación

• PE license held and active in engineering field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of professional engineering experience on large transportation projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships.
• Familiarity with design-build, P3 and alternative delivery methods.

Responsabilidades

• Report to Project Delivery Program Director and drive pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Lead approvals in compliance with HDR policies and risk committee.
