Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) seeks an Engineering Project Manager - Transmission Line to lead engineering delivery for high‑voltage transmission projects. You will collaborate with leadership, guide technical scope, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across the project lifecycle.

Bring 10+ years in electric utility engineering, ABET‑accredited degree, and strong leadership. The role reports to the Engineering Director and offers career growth within a dedicated

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electric utility engineering or management for HV projects.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects on time and budget.
• Strong knowledge of codes and standards (ANSI, IEEE, NEC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering work and coordinate with leadership on technical goals.
• Serve as technical lead through all project phases including site visits.
• Manage engineering service providers and KPIs with senior leadership.
• Develop engineering controls and QA standards.
• Ensure documentation and standards meet requirements.
• Mentor engineers and plan staffing for growth.
• Support business development with client meetings and proposals.
• Drive innovation in processes and use new technologies.
