Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) seeks an experienced Engineering Project Manager - Transmission Line to oversee technical work across project lifecycles, from concept to closeout, and to support field operations and client accounts.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, drive engineering controls and QA, mentor staff, and contribute to client meetings and proposals while maintaining safety and quality across high-voltage transmission projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electric utility engineering or management.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree required or preferred graduate degree.
• P.E. license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership on technical goals and oversee engineering work.
• Act as technical lead through lifecycle phases and site visits as needed.
• Manage engineering service providers and review KPIs with senior leadership.
• Develop and implement engineering controls and QA standards.
• Ensure internal documentation and standards meet company and client requirements.
• Lead engineering staffing initiatives and resource planning.
• Mentor and oversee training for engineering staff.
• Support business development through client meetings and proposals.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in engineering processes and methods.
• Foster safety, quality, and integrity within the engineering department.
