Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) seeks an Engineering Project Manager - Transmission Line to lead engineering efforts across lifecycle stages for high‑voltage transmission projects. You will coordinate with field operations, procurement, and stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in the electric utility industry or equivalent engineering management experience.
- Strong leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Excellent knowledge of engineering standards (ANSI, ASTM, ACI, AISC, IEEE, NEC, NESC).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and operations leadership on technical goals.
- Act as technical lead through concept to closeout phases, including field visits.
- Manage performance of engineering service providers and review KPIs.
- Develop and implement engineering controls and quality assurance standards.
- Ensure technical documentation and standards meet requirements.
- Plan staffing and resources to support growth.
- Lead, mentor and oversee training for engineering staff.
- Support business development through client meetings and proposals.
- Drive innovation and efficiency in processes and methodologies.
- Represent QISG in industry forums and associations.
