Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC seeks an Engineering Project Manager - Transmission Line to lead engineering efforts from concept through closeout and support field operations, procurement, and stakeholder groups. The role reports to the Engineering Director and covers transmission-line projects across the QISG platform.

The candidate will drive safety, quality, and performance, manage technical teams, and collaborate with clients to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or graduate degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• P.E. license is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the electric utility industry.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering standards and utility processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and operations leadership on technical goals.
• Act as technical lead through conceptual to closeout phases, with site visits as needed.
• Manage engineering service providers and review KPIs with senior leadership.
• Develop and implement engineering controls and QA standards.
• Ensure documentation and standards meet customer requirements.
