Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Engineering Project Manager - Transmission Line to lead HV transmission projects and provide engineering expertise throughout the lifecycle. The role collaborates with leaders, oversees design, construction, and closeout phases, and supports field operations and client relationships.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and innovation, with opportunities to drive efficiency and lead a skilled engineering team within the QISG platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in electric utility industry with engineering duties or management for high voltage projects.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from ABET-accredited university (or graduate degree).
• P.E. license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to set technical goals and oversee engineering work.
• Lead technical activities across concept to closeout phases, including site visits.
• Manage performance of engineering service providers and review KPIs with senior leaders.
• Develop and implement engineering controls and quality assurance standards.
• Ensure documentation and standards meet company and customer requirements.
• Plan staffing and resources to support growth and project needs.
• Lead training strategy for engineering staff and mentor the team.
• Support business development through client meetings and proposals.
• Drive process innovations and leverage new technologies to improve delivery.
