• Monitor schedules, routes, detours and service reliability to prevent interruptions.
• Oversee scheduling, Hours of Service compliance, payroll docs and audits.
• Coordinate special services and disruptions; align with bargaining agreements.
• Prepare reports and maintain records, dispatch communications and inquiries.
