WeDriveU is seeking a Safety Manager responsible for overseeing compliance with safety regulations for our transit program. You'll maintain safety standards, lead training programs for drivers, and manage safety meetings. Candidates should have a CDL B with Passenger, supervisory experience, and a strong knowledge of MS Office. Qualifications

• Must complete company certification program.
• 3 years as a Trainer in transportation industry desired.
• Ability to respond to unanticipated events to ensure excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, develop and implement training programs for transportation personnel.
• Supervise driver trainers, establishing objectives and standards.
• Investigate customer service complaints and take corrective action.

Skills
