Job summary

Via is seeking a Field Manager in the Atlanta area to lead Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) operations. This in-person role requires 4–5 days onsite per week and travel to Birmingham, AL up to twice monthly.

You will drive operational excellence, manage driver supply, and collaborate across teams to scale processes and tools. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, a passion for transportation equity, and a history of meeting KPIs and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and refining operational processes.
• Customer service experience.
• Multi-site management experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and an unbelievable customer experience
• Oversee operations in person with possible early mornings or evenings
• Manage driver supply to ensure adequate vehicles in service
• Prioritize operational issues and implement creative solutions
• Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale processes and tools
• Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations
