Job summary

Via Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Field Manager to lead Transit-as-a-Service operations in a hands-on, in-person role. You will manage daily operations, drive improvements, and scale services while traveling to Birmingham, AL at least 2x per month. The position requires strong ownership, KPI focus, and cross-functional collaboration.

Based in the Atlanta area, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience and effectively coordinate with driver partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and operational process improvement.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Based in the Atlanta area with ability to commute between operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and an unbelievable customer experience.
• Oversee operations in person with potential early mornings or evenings.
• Manage driver supply to ensure adequate vehicles in service.
• Prioritize issues as real-time contact and implement solutions.
• Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale processes and tools.
• Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations.
