• Maintain Detailed Logs: keep attendance, check-out records, scheduling and performance data, and document daily activities.
• Customer Service: maintain two‑way communication with operators and provide information on customers, cancellations, and directions.
• Managing Staff: direct employees in their duties, report staff issues to Shuttle Operations Manager, and perform other duties to ensure efficient operations.
