Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC (CGS) seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for internal and external audiences for a government client. You will oversee training content, collaborate with the transformation readiness team, and guide staff through end-to-end training initiatives.

The role requires building curriculum, coordinating instructor-led and virtual sessions, and creating user-friendly training materials, graphics, and communications.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients
• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team and coordinate with VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams, ensuring quality and on-time deliverables
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the Training Plan and related materials.
• Co-deliver substantive training for staff on end-to-end processes, including curriculum and materials related to policies and procedures.
• Create graphics and communication media for guides, website content, and other communications assets.
• Support staff during transition and rollout of new processes and training.
• Develop training using provided materials and coordinate with system integrator for content.
• Create internal and external communication materials including PowerPoints and handouts.
• Submit materials for approval and track through the approval process.
