Job summary

CGS Federal seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client across internal and external audiences. The role includes coordinating with the VCF Transformation team and system integrator to produce substantive, instructor-led and virtual training.

You will lead a training group, manage multiple workstreams, and create communications for policy and process changes. A US citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum and materials.
• Minimum 5 years' experience developing training for clients.
• Strong leadership to manage the training team and coordinate with the VCF Transformation Lead.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience using Adobe Captivate.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and finalize with transformation readiness team.
• Design, develop, and deliver training as defined in the Transformation Training Plan.
• Co-deliver substantive training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
• Design and create user-friendly graphics and communications for How-To Guides and websites.
• Provide support to staff for rollout and ensure a successful transition.
• Design and develop myVCF system training using materials from the system integrator.
• Develop internal and external communications; prepare PowerPoints and handouts; support focus groups.
• Submit all communications and training materials for approval and track through approval process.
