Job summary

CGS seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for internal and external audiences for a government client. This role sits in the Project Management department and requires leading the training team, coordinating with the Transformation Readiness Team, and producing materials for end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.

You will create graphics, guides, and presentations; support rollout, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure training aligns with policies.

Qualifications

• Design and develop comprehensive training plans and materials.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Strong leadership to manage and guide the training team.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the Transformation Training Plan.
• Design and create user-friendly graphics and communication media for How-To Guides, websites, and other communications.
• Provide support to staff to ease the transition and ensure a successful rollout of the transformed processes.
• Develop myVCF system training using materials from the System Integrator.
• Coordinate training schedule with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team and manage communications.
