Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client. You will create substantive, role-based programs and collaborate with a transformation readiness team to ensure successful rollout.

Responsibilities include end-to-end claims lifecycle training, production of guides and materials, and coordination of multiple training workstreams. Salesforce and Adobe Captivate experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Design and develop training approach, curriculum, and materials.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Strong leadership skills to manage the training team and coordinate with VCF leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan.
• Co-deliver VCF staff training on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes, including modules and materials provided by Subject Matter Experts.
• Design and create graphics and communication media for How-To Guides, website content, and other communications for VCF Transformation.
• Support staff during rollout of transformed claim review and processes; determine training schedule with the Transformation Readiness Team.
• Develop myVCF system training using materials from the System Integrator.
• Develop internal/external communications, PowerPoints, handouts, and focus group materials.
• Submit communications and training materials for approval and track through the approval process.
