Job summary

CGS is seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client, spanning internal and external audiences. The role requires coordinating with the transformation readiness team and subject matter experts to ensure an effective rollout of the transformed processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of training development experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong leadership, and familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe Captivate. U.S.

Qualifications

• Design and develop comprehensive training approaches, curricula, manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Coordinate overall schedule and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review training plans and finalize with the transformation readiness team.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training for a government client.
• Create user-friendly graphics and communication media for how-to guides and website content.
• Support staff to ease transition and ensure successful rollout of transformed processes.
