Job summary

CGS is seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client. The role encompasses instructor-led, in-person, and virtual sessions for 10–75 staff, with emphasis on end-to-end claim processes and system changes.

The candidate will create materials, graphics, and communications; collaborate with the VCF team and system integrator; and manage the training schedule and approvals to ensure a successful rollout.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop comprehensive training curricula and materials.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Strong leadership to manage the training team and coordinate with VCF leadership.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent training workstreams with timely deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Review draft training plans and finalize with the transformation readiness team.
• Design, develop, and deliver training as defined in the Transformation Plan.
• Co-deliver substantive training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle.
• Create user-friendly graphics and communication media for How-To Guides and website content.
• Support rollout and determine training schedule with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
• Develop myVCF system training using materials from the System Integrator.
• Prepare PowerPoints and handouts for internal and external audiences.
• Submit communications and training materials for approval and track progress.
