Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client. The role spans instructor-led, in-person, and virtual delivery to 10–75 staff, with collaboration across VCF and system integrator teams.

The ideal candidate will lead a training organization, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure timely, high-quality training materials and communications. A US citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Design and develop training approach, curriculum, and materials.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Lead training team and coordinate schedule with VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
• Manage multiple concurrent training workstreams with quality and timeliness.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the Transformation Plan.
• Design, develop and co-deliver VCF substantive training for staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes
• Create user-friendly graphics and media for How-To Guides, website content, and audience communications
• Support staff to ease transition and ensure rollout of transformed processes
• Design and develop myVCF system training using materials from the System Integrator
• Develop communication materials for internal and external audiences (PowerPoints, handouts, focus groups)
• Submit communications and training materials for approval and track through the process
