Job summary

EY US is seeking a Transformation Execution Staff (technical writer) to support government and infrastructure clients by delivering polished, review-ready documents that drive division priorities and strategic initiatives.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, manage templates and version control, and ensure compliance with DHS writing standards while supporting audit responses and after-action reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering or related business field and two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading engagement teams.
• Experience in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance metrics and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and lead collaborative teams across dynamic client engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to recommend organizational, process and technology improvements.
• Deliver high-quality program management and documentation support to government clients.
• Build trusted relationships across client, stakeholder and EY teams.
• Communicate the value of EY US portfolio, program and project management methodologies.
• Coach or develop junior team members and support talent initiatives.
• Draft, edit and format policies, SOPs and implementation guidance.
• Develop briefing decks, talking points and executive correspondence.
