Job summary

EY US Government and Infrastructure practice seeks professionals to help government agencies manage programs and projects. You will join the Transformation Execution Team, delivering polished client-ready documentation and supporting division objectives across complex engagements.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of consulting, team leadership, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Travel is required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or related business field.
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading engagement teams.
• Knowledge of process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and performance metrics.
• Experience with MS Project or Oracle Primavera and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative teams across client engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to recommend organizational, process and technology improvements.
• Deliver high-quality program management and documentation support to government clients.
• Develop briefing decks, talking points and executive correspondence for leadership review.
• Maintain templates, rigorous version control and consistent formatting standards.
