Qualifications

• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading engagement teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative teams across dynamic client engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to recommend organizational improvements.
• Deliver high‑quality program management and documentation support.
• Coach and develop junior team members and manage cross‑branch reviews.
• Draft, edit and format policies, SOPs and executive briefs.
• Maintain templates and rigorous version control.
