Job summary

EY US is seeking a Staff (technical writer) in Government and Infrastructure to join our Transformation Execution Team. You will deliver polished, review-ready documentation across program management, project controls and governance for government clients.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support leadership with briefing materials and policy documents. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of consulting experience, strong writing skills, and the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in finance, accounting, engineering or related businessfield, plus at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
At least one year of experience leading engagement teams.
Knowledge and experience in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance metrics, and analytical problem solving.
Experience with PM software such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera and with SharePoint.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

Contributing to and leading collaborative teams across dynamic client engagements.
Collecting and analyzing data to recommend organizational, process and technology improvements.
Delivering high-quality program management and documentation support to government clients.
Coaching and developing junior team members while supporting broader talent initiatives.
Drafting, editing and formatting policies, SOPs, and implementation guidance.
Developing briefing decks and executive correspondence for leadership review.
