Job summary

Ernst & Young LLP’s Government and Infrastructure practice is seeking a Transformation Execution Staff (technical writer) to strengthen program management and documentation for federal, state, and education clients.

You will deliver polished, review-ready documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to division objectives while leveraging training and leadership opportunities within EY US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering or related business field; plus 2+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience
• At least 1 year of leading engagement teams
• Experience with PM software (e.g., MS Project, Oracle Primavera) and SharePoint
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance or higher
• Willingness to travel—~30% federal, ~80% state/local/education roles

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative teams across client engagements
• Collect and analyze data to recommend improvements
• Provide program management and documentation support
• Build trusted client and EY relationships
• Draft, edit and format SOPs and guidance
• Develop briefing decks and executive correspondence
• Prepare issue papers and white papers for division objectives
• Maintain templates and version control
