Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Writer within the Government & Infrastructure Transformation Execution team in the US. The Staff level role focuses on delivering polished program management documentation and collaboration across client engagements.

You will support cross-functional teams, develop guidance and ensure alignment with DHS standards. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in consulting or equivalent, leadership experience, and proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering or related business field required.
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading engagement teams.
• Experience with PM software packages (MS Project/Oracle Primavera).
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Help government clients strengthen program management across integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk and procurement.
• Deliver polished, review-ready documentation supporting division priorities and initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in PM training and leadership development.
• Draft, edit and format policies, directives, SOPs and implementation guidance.
• Develop briefing decks, talking points and executive correspondence for leadership review.
