Job summary

Syncreon is seeking a Training Supervisor in Prineville, OR to own the end-to-end learning experience for team members, ensuring safe and independent task performance. The role covers design/delivery of training, competency assessments, and compliance, collaborating with Operations, Safety, and HR as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or logistics environments focused on quality.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written and oral) for diverse internal/external customers.
• Ability to engage with DP World team members and customers at all levels from managerial to hourly.
• Excellent trainer skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured, role-based training plans for assigned pillars.
• Coordinate and deliver new-hire onboarding, orientation, and hands-on floor training.
• Develop work instructions, job aids, and materials aligned to SOPs.
• Maintain Train-the-Trainer programs; coach and evaluate SMEs as trainers.
• Track SOP compliance and maintain training matrices and records.
• Provide site leadership with updates on training progress and learner status.
