Job summary

Essential Services LLC in the United States seeks a Training Specialist for a full-time, in-office role, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

You will lead New Hire Training, CPR/First Aid, annual mandatory training, and develop new materials while tracking compliance and certifications. This role collaborates with the Training Supervisor and Business Development, and travels to Oregon locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States with a DHS background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Hire Training, CPR and First Aid classes, annual mandatory training.
• Coordinate training schedules, locations, and classroom logistics.
• Maintain accurate training records and employee certifications.
• Research, develop, and implement new training opportunities.
• Assist with developing new curriculum and training materials.
