Job summary

Syncreon in Mesa, AZ seeks a Training Supervisor to own the end-to-end learning experience for team members, ensuring safe and independent task performance. You will design, deliver and maintain structured training, onboarding, and materials across pillars, while ensuring compliance and audit-ready records.

You will collaborate with Operations, Safety, and HR, coaching SMEs and updating leadership on progress, with a focus on safety, quality and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or logistics quality environments.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication abilities.
• Ability to engage with DP World/Syncreon teams and customers at all levels.
• Proven excellence in training delivery and trainer effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured, role-based training plans for pillars.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations and hands-on floor training.
• Create work instructions, job aids and SOP-aligned materials.
• Maintain Train-the-Trainer programs and coach SMEs.
• Assess competence and identify gaps; create development plans.
• Monitor training impact via assessments, observations and KPIs.
• Maintain compliant training matrices and certification records.
• Provide regular updates to site leadership on training progress.
• Identify gaps and suggest program improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
