You will develop structured training plans, onboard new hires, and create instructional materials aligned with current SOPs.

You will assess competency, identify gaps, and drive improvements while maintaining audit-ready training records.

Qualificações

• Experience in automotive or logistics environments focusing on quality control.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to interact with DP World team members and all customer levels.
• Proven excellence in trainer capabilities and facilitating learning.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver structured, role-based training plans.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and hands-on floor training.
• Develop work instructions, job aids and instructional materials aligned to SOPs.
• Maintain Train-the-Trainer programs and coach SMEs.
