Job summary

DP World Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Training Supervisor to own the end-to-end learning experience for our team, ensuring each member can perform tasks safely and independently on the floor. You will design and deliver structured, role-based training, onboard new hires, develop materials aligned to SOPs, and partner with Operations, Safety, and HR to raise competency and drive safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or logistics environments with a quality focus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of people from team members to managers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured, role-based training plans for assigned pillars.
• Coordinate and deliver onboarding, orientation, and hands-on floor training.
• Develop work instructions, job aids, and materials aligned to SOPs.
• Maintain Train-the-Trainer programs and select/coaching of SMEs as trainers.
• Assess trainee competency and monitor training effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates to site leadership on training progress and gaps.
