Job summary

DP World in Eagle Mountain, UT is seeking a Training Supervisor to own end-to-end learning for team members, ensuring safe and independent task performance. You will develop structured training plans, coordinate onboarding, and create instructional materials aligned with SOPs.

You will maintain Train-the-Trainer programs, coach SMEs, assess competency, and report progress to site leadership. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or logistics quality environments.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and customers.
• Excellent trainer abilities and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training programs for pillars.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and hands-on floor training.
• Develop work instructions, job aids, and SOP-aligned materials.
• Maintain Train-the-Trainer programs and coach SMEs.
• Assess staff competency and close skill gaps through targeted plans.
• Monitor training effectiveness using that data and feedback.
• Maintain training records and audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, and HR and report progress.
