ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and maintain technical training programs that enhance lifecycle readiness and workforce development. You will create curricula, lesson plans, and training materials across maintenance, logistics, and tech enablement.

The role emphasizes instructional design, diverse delivery methods, and ongoing improvement to support mission performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in curriculum development or technical training.
• Experience designing and delivering training using classroom, e‑learning, simulators, and workshops.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training evaluation.
• Experience creating materials for maintenance, logistics, or tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and conduct technical and professional training programs.
• Design course materials, lesson plans, and delivery using diverse methods.
• Coordinate with SMEs and managers to reflect current operational practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials to improve outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with integrating new technologies into training programs.
