DP World in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Training Supervisor to own the end-to-end learning experience for team members, ensuring each person can perform tasks safely and independently. You will design and deliver role-based training, oversee onboarding, and maintain instructional materials aligned to SOPs.

You will partner with Operations, Safety, and HR to monitor training effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement while providing regular progress updates to site leadership.

Formación

• Experience in automotive or logistics quality environments.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people from entry to executive levels.
• Excellent trainer skills and ability to design and deliver effective training.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement structured, role-based training plans for assigned pillars.
• Coordinate and deliver onboarding, orientation, and hands-on floor training.
• Develop work instructions, job aids, and materials aligned to SOPs.
• Maintain Train-the-Trainer programs and select/coach SMEs as trainers.
• Assess employees for competency and close skill gaps with targeted development.
