Job summary

Electrolux Consumer Products, Inc. is seeking an Operations Trainer for our Springfield, TN plant.

This role will prepare new and existing employees to work safely and efficiently on the production floor through classroom, simulations, and hands-on learning, ensuring high quality performance. You will deliver EHS&S training per OSHA and ISO standards, recruit and certify employees on PIV, cranes, and aerial lifts, and maintain comprehensive training records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking in front of groups.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and on-the-job training for new hires.
• Operate and maintain Training Center to simulate production processes.
• Deliver EHS&S training in alignment with OSHA and ISO standards.
• Provide training on standard work, defect detection, and quality control procedures.
• Train and certify employees on PIV, cranes, and aerial lift.
• Maintain accurate training records and follow up with new employees.
