Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a Training Center Coordinator to support a range of training activities, including web-based learning systems and IT coordination. You will assist staff with materials, documentation, purchasing, and program administration, working with channel partners and customers to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves scheduling R4 US and Canada classes, managing communications, and providing frontline support, along with facility tasks such as catering and service

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training events and programs.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Previous office coordinator experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of tactical tasks to support training activities such as web-based learning systems, IT and coordinating training programs.
• Support training staff with materials, documentation, processes, purchasing, and specialized training issues.
• Assist in development and delivery of training to channel partners, company personnel and customers.
• Collaborate with training staff, channel partners, and customers on support and coordination within training.
• Handle telephone support, provide Tier 2 assistance to resolve issues with partners and customers.
