i2G Systems is seeking a Training Coordinator to support our training initiatives by coordinating and scheduling internal, manufacturer and vendor training across multiple offices. The role reports to the Training Manager and ensures logistics are handled consistently and professionally.

You will manage calendars, align resources with hiring forecasts, coordinate vendor training, and support the creation timetables for courses.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas and information effectively, across all levels of leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Smartsheet experience preferred but not required.
• Previous coordinator experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Companywide Training Calendar, ensuring it is updated weekly.
• Coordinate regional training sessions across all offices.
• Align training resources with hiring forecasts for all offices.
• Work with the Training Manager to coordinate projects and forecast future training classes.
• Other duties, as assigned
