i2G Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support scheduling and execution of company-wide training initiatives. This role ensures logistics run smoothly, coordinating internal, manufacturer, and vendor trainings with a focus on consistent, professional delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience coordinating multiple training programs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a timely manner.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Smartsheet experience preferred but not required.
• Previous coordinator experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule & Logistics: Manage Companywide Training Calendar and keep it updated weekly.
• Coordinate regional training sessions across all offices.
• Align training resources with hiring forecasts for all offices.
• Forecast future training classes with the Training Manager.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
