Share your data-savvy approach to manage GMP training records, perform routine data entry, and ensure documentation per procedures and standards, with a focus on accuracy.

Qualifications

• Background in education, sciences, or engineering with customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in Cornerstone LMS and standard office software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with learning plan management and processing LMS requests.
• Interact with internal clients and learning team on curriculum changes.
• Provide initial point of contact for requests and learner inquiries.
• Handle basic inquiries and troubleshoot simple issues in Cornerstone.
• Execute Cornerstone transactions and manage training records timely.
