i2G Systems is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of internal, manufacturer, and vendor training programs. The role ensures logistics run smoothly from scheduling to delivery across offices.

Responsibilities include maintaining the training calendar, coordinating regional sessions, aligning resources with hiring forecasts, and supporting a team of trainers with timetables and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Companywide Training Calendar and update weekly.
• Coordinate regional training sessions across all offices.
• Align training resources with hiring forecasts for all offices.
• Coordinate projects with the Training Manager and forecast future classes.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate vendor training scheduling (Genetec, LenelS2, DMP, etc.).
• Schedule annual lift training and other in-person trainings (DCJS, First Aid & CPR, FAST).
• Support Lead Technical Trainer and Learning Systems & Digital Content Administrator in timetabling.
• Manage vendor seat allocation and calendar alignment.
• Coordinate post-onboarding training flow with HR and Learning Systems Administrator.
• Track action items from weekly Enterprise and Operations meetings.
• Collaborate with departments to prevent blockers.
