Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Training Coordinator to support scheduling and execution of internal, manufacturer, and vendor training initiatives across multiple offices. The role focuses on logistics, calendar management, and ensuring training sessions run smoothly with minimal friction.

Working with the Training Manager and HR, you will align resources with hiring forecasts, coordinate projects, and track action items from leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional Organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas and information effectively, across all levels of leadership.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the training calendar and regional sessions.
• Coordinate vendor training with manufacturers and safety trainings.
• Collaborate with HR and departments to track action items and prevent blockers.
