Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a customized construction management system for a Federal Government client. The role includes both virtual and in-person sessions across multiple locations to ensure successful adoption and change management during CMP deployment.

You will facilitate sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, and external contractors, aligning with approved materials and ensuring participant knowledge transfer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years related experience preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and materials.
• Respond to questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain engaging and well-managed classrooms.
• Coordinate with Training and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Contribute to training effectiveness assessments and feedback.
