Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for diverse personnel, ensure knowledge transfer, and maintain engagement across multiple locations.

The role requires strong classroom facilitation, software training experience, and ability to support large-scale organizational change during CMP deployment. Travel up to 100% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training in accordance with approved lesson plans, course materials, and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training activities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement throughout training sessions.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers regarding course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery methods and materials.
• Serve as a professional representative of the training team when interacting with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption efforts during CMP deployment activities.
