Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. You’ll run virtual and in-person sessions for personnel at multiple locations and ensure users gain the knowledge to use the system effectively.

Ideal candidates have strong classroom facilitation, software training experience, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training.
• Strong facilitation and classroom management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and materials.
• Address participant questions and provide guidance.
• Maintain engagement and manage the classroom.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules.
• Track attendance and course completion.
• Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements to training delivery and materials.
• Represent the training team with government personnel and stakeholders.
• Communicate across organizational levels.
• Support change management during CMP deployment.
