Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal government client’s new construction management system. Sessions are conducted virtually and in person for project staff, leadership, and external contractors.

The role requires strong classroom facilitation, software training experience, and ability to support large-scale organizational change across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; travel may be required.
• 3+ years related experience preferred; willingness to travel 100%.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom settings.
• Follow approved lesson plans and materials.
• Answer participant questions and provide guidance.
• Maintain classroom engagement and manage sessions.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate course schedules and logistics with managers.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements to training delivery and materials.
• Represent training team with government personnel and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
