Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s customized construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for diverse personnel and external contractors to ensure knowledge and skills are applied effectively to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Travel frequency contingent on duties and workload.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and in-person environments.
• Conduct training per approved lesson plans and materials.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers regarding schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery materials.
• Serve as a professional representative of the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment activities.
