Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for our Federal Government client, implementing a customized construction management system across virtual and in-person sessions.

You will train personnel, project managers, engineers, construction staff and external contractors; ensure participants gain the knowledge to use the new system, support change management, and work with training managers to coordinate schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant training experience.
• 3+ years delivering software or enterprise training advisable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Answer questions and provide guidance during training activities.
• Maintain classroom engagement and effective management.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate course schedules with Training Managers and Program Managers.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect student feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements to delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team to Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
